The Best Ultimate Elevator Speech that uber-pwns all other Elevator Speeches!

My Elevator Speech is called "Specifics of Application". I've chiseled this down to being able to deliver it in 15 seconds. I love it and am interested and psyched about practicing it more. Everytime I've practiced it, I've gotten great "reviews". Great Reviews from an elevator speech means:

1) If I tell the person it's an elevator speech and I'm approaching it from the POV of evaluating my elevator speech as opposed to the content of it where I'd be selling my coaching, they say it's impressive or "a good one" (Ronnie Noize). So that rocks!

2) Selling success, allure, or interest. This is applying the elevator speech and selling the content. This type of success creates a prospective client's interest in my coaching!

What I like about it:
  • It's Fast. 15-Seconds
  • It's a gift. Applying how "specifics of application" is meta, bit to the client weaves in the client's unique perspective and literally on the spot gives them a change and insightful way of looking at their positive quality to make it even better.
  • It conveys what areas I target. I reveal what areas I could help them work on (this should catered to any issues that may be relevant) but generally I'll mention relationships, health, career, emotions.
  • It communicates what I do through Show and Tell. By warping their perspective value into making them see that what I do is help them make distinctions to even better apply positive values of their life, I've Shown them what I do. And I Tell them what I do by mentioning goal-setting and outcome achievement. Additionally it reveals my technical style and application of change technologies to create change.
  • It's Unique to the prospective client. 1/3 of the elevator speech "gets inside" the prospective client's model of the world and I use their positive value in the example of creating empowering change and specifically applying positive perspectives to ensure there's not too much or too little.
What I do.
I'm a validation coach and
What areas I work on
I helping people achieve their outcomes and goals in career, relationships, spirituality, and healthy [AREAS CATERED TO PROSPECT'S POTENTIAL ISSUES] to which you aspire and deserve, utilizing transformational technology and operating from YOUR agenda, your vision.
Sample of their perspective value
For example, what's one value one that you hold in high regard? What's an empowering perspective that is rewarding and empowering to you? Some quality that provided you with guidance and empowerment?
[BLAH -- They say their perspective]
Specifics of application "Gift-Insight-Freebie"
See, that's awesome BLAH is a terrific perspective, but I'm all this technoology unique to my coaching practice, called specifics of application. You can have too much or too little of BLAH, warping it into a disempowering perspective. [QUICK EXAMPLE OF HOW WRONG PROPOPRTIONS OR APPLICATIONS OF BLAH COULD BE DESTRUCTIVE]. So without specifics of application, BLAH could become a destructive creator of obstacles. That's why I'm always about specifics of application. It's how you sharpen your awareness to apply your awesome value of "BLAH", the correct doses, applications, and amounts of BLAH; it's specifics of application of BLAH in the best context. Now, that enriches your already empowering quality so now with specifics of application BLAH provides you with even more empowering success and results!

Optional Example
I remember one time in my life consistency was a core value of mine. I had tremendous reverence for consistency but it wasn't applied with specifics and caused me to avoid doing things because there were too many variables. I couldn't go swimming because their wouldn't be enough constant, there'd be too many variables and my excellent value of consistency became warped into something disempowering, something that created obstacles.

Advanced Coach AC110: Challenging Clients

Advanced Coach AC110: Challenging Clients
Ronnie Noise
This is pretty off topic but it does propose an alternative viewpoint to the question of uniquely or "colorfully" ;) challenging clients. And that was "screamers". LOL! We started discussing corporate clients who scream apparently. Now, the idea of corporate managers screaming like literally increasing the loudness of their voice and shouting was an entirely new, fascinating, and hilariously amusing topic.

New. Wait, what? It's common for corporate managers to scream? Scream at whom coworkers? People lower in the hierarchy? Are they screaming during a sales pitch? Because someone doesn't meet a standard? How common is this? Does it only happen in small startups or like in huge Fortune 500 hundred comapnies? The discussion made it sound like screamers in corporations was common. I did not know this. Is the screamer's intention to try to (albeit a maladaptive approach) scare someone into changing or taking action differently? Or is it a reactionary result of stress?

Fascinating. Here's the part that was so catchy. I scream. I personally relate to the screaming! I don't scream at people, but I do scream. Sometimes it's in a pillow or in a car or in some encapsulated environment. Always in a place where I wont' disturb others. NOT disturbing others with my screaming is important. If I feel that i'll disturb someone with my screaming, I won't do it. However I do "practice" these kind of "controlled screams". It's something that I always consciously choose to do. This sounds VERY bizarre, but if I'm angry or stressed or confused about something, I'll kind of "make an appointment with myself" to have a screamfest, a scream-session about that topic that feels overwhelming. Or heck, I've had "scream sessions" specifically about very positive things and screaming in that sense is a kind of rejoice. Personally, I'm sure they're some downsides to it, but the benefits to me are basically stress release as well as it changes the texture of my voice. It's simultaneously an auditory and a kinesthetic (screaming is kinesthetic because it involves your body) pattern interrupt. It's very controversial, but I think in a controlled, organized, non-disruptive application screaming can be very positive. A lot of animals actually vocalize for digestion and other core physiological needs. In a controlled organized nondisruptive context screaming simply becomes another kind of physiological workout I think. I've done marathon training and have a set exercise routine. There's nothing wrong with exercise. Exercise aligns you, makes you feel clear, and creates body-mind mastery. Whether that exercise be swimming 800m in a pool, running 2-3 miles outside, lifting a few weights, or....maybe even screaming for 5-10 minutes. I think this is very interesting.

Hilarous. Just the topic of conversation to casually discuss corporate managers and partners or workers that scream and the image of that, was highly goofy and amusing.

That's so aweosome how TRULY, genuinely, international this is! I love that! Why? Because you know it's safe!

What I'm Learning

Not Everyone is Coachable at a certain time in their life.
"Not willing to take action."
"May need therapy."
"Active abuser of drugs or alcohol not coachable."
"Not an actual goal of their own."
"They aren't ready."

Reason's why Someone could Potentially not be Coachable
If coach feels values will be compromised as coaches.
Schedule Conflicts (different time zones).
Language barrier.
Personal incompatibilities of agenda.
An element of trust is not present.
They adapt to your coaching technique and kind of learn and exhaust your tricks and techniques. Basically diminishing returns. Client Outgrows the Coach.
The Coach must specialize in a certain time or phase of the goal achievement.
All Coaching is Catch and Release. There isn't a client that lasts forever.
The client doesn't want to work towards goals or refuses anymore.
The client hits a wall.
A measuring system can't be established. (A measuring system or scale for progress to measure progress of success towards the goal must be achieved).
The client becomes "Dependent" In the client. The client can and should certainly feel emotionally invested in the coach. And feeling even addicted to coaching is

Screaming. Sometimes the client screams because it's an alleviation of pressure.

Corporate
Questions/Discussion

I think I might like to work the corporate niche! The screamers. The guys under a lot of immense pressure running a business. The people who make their own rules and then have the most assiduou

regarding Ronnie Noize.
I checked out her site and saw that she's a marketing expert. That's EXACTLY what I need. Marketing. I've focused on content nonstop so this emphasis on marketing will be terrific. not sure how we pick peer coahes? are the peer coaches other students or facilitator-instructors? If you can pick instructors ronnie would be awesome peer coach for my interests.

I MUST network with earners. If I continue to relate to "thinkers"and people who want you to change your values or missions or career I'll literally go insane. That's all I've done. It's time to start earning. I've done a massvie MASSIVE enormous amount of work. And it's time for me to start making money to profit financially from this work. Of course I'll keep up the productivity and health and great things from work, but it's time for me to start making it financially profitable as well.

Non-Brand ≠ Bland. Generic Brand or Making your own Stuff Generates Confidence and Soothing Reward.

I'm beginning to see how the working world works. How people invent products that are completely useless, copying various competitor brands, when always the simplest (and cheapest) is always the best. The simple best cheapest products stand out on a store shelf. Example: I went to go pick up dog shampoo. I knew the only thing I need for my awesome dog is 2 bowls (1 for food, 1 for water), huge bag of food, a deshedding brush, and doggie shampoo. SCREW all of those mini expensive toy, chemical, brushy, foofy, petty products; they're ALL scams to make money! And the store-brand (generic) bottle of doggy shampoo is like "glistening" on the shelf, it's by Far the best one!! Largest quantity, cheapest price, vanilla cent, does the EXACT same thing as all the other "designer" (designer dog shampoo OMG!! ffs!) shiny coat, oiled, good dermatologically, etc. The simplest, cheapest, and minimal items are ALWAYS the best. It's so easy to get lost and confused in the world of "brand". Of buying something not for it's purpose nor utility but it's brand. Such a concept is utterly ridiculous to me now! Now, don't get me wrong their are some brands that I use because I invest a lot of time into a certain resource; namely Apple brand computers and mabye Shell gas just because of good experiences from those stations, but other than that, NOTHING else really should be brand-bought! Even food, beverages, household items I always go to the cheapest bulk, "generic" label brands 1)because I don't have the option of affording another kind and 2)because it's Liberating!! To know that I didn't waste money on a packaging configuration of brand letters!! The intent with providing a solid brand is to ensure consistency and reliability, but you know what? The generic simplest naturalist product (be it strawberries or shampoo) is almost always the best, especially if it's something you need that isn't an everyday thing.

So as I passed these rows and rows and rows of trinketty ridiculous pet items, all your canus lupus needs to be happy is good, fun exercise outdoors, social play time with other animals (including homo sapiens), food, water, and staying clean/bathed! But I thought to myself, I could've been one of those people that invented a product and went through the HELL of branding and patenting paperwork and approvals, just to get my mini row of 10 or so identical invention items up on the shelf...NEXT TO 2-10 other types of competitor inventions that emerge with their own marketing advertising, labeling, twist angle just to make money! So I feel galvanized having chosen to just take a deep breath, pass by all that superfluous shit, grab the simplest, cheapest product, and not clutter my life with items that have little bearing on a person. I purchase items for utility (or if it's an investment, to sell later, but that's a different strategy); that makes me feel resourceful!

Purchasing the generic brand encourages creativity and modularity. This may sound ridiculously complex and unnecessarily over-scrutinized, but it's undeniably true! When I purchase generic "no-brand" cereal or vegetables, or rice, for example, I find it joyful to then resourcefully plugin interesting recipes to make that "bland no brand" extremely tasty or resourceful and exciting. It makes you feel self-sufficient to make things, construct things you need (if possible) instead of going to go purchase them. The experience of self-sufficiency of creating what you need if you have the necessary components (some things items like basic food ingredients feel good to purchase) to just make the tool or implement feels extremely rewarding, soothing, and confidence-boosting!
